A Short History
In 2004, Leslie and Phil DiVirgilio converted an expansive summer house on two waterfront acres into Ann's Point Inn. The original house was built in the early 1960s, and over time, a pool, a garage, and an artist studio were added. To create the inn, Leslie and Phil converted the studio and garage into guest rooms, and built two new rooms.In 2008, Jeannette and Alan Feuer purchased the inn. Over the next decade they enhanced the inn by adding a new garage, replacing the pool with a spa room, adding decks and patios, creating flower and vegetable gardens, upgrading the kitchen and common spaces, and installing solar panels.
Since 2005, the inn has welcomed guests from around the world providing a high-end bed and breakfast experience. In the wake of the covid pandemic, the inn has been reimagined to be more private and less interactive.
