Reservation Policies

  • Restrictions
    The maximum occupancy per room is two adults. The minimum stay is two nights unless only one night is available, in which case we will accept a reservation for that single night. The inn is not appropriate for children or pets.

    The inn is smoke-free; smoking is not permitted anywhere in the inn or on the grounds.

  • Payment
    We require a 50% deposit to make a reservation. The deposit may be paid by credit card or check. For the final bill we also accept cash.

  • Check-in/Check out
    Check-in is between 3:30 and 6:30 pm, or by prior arrangement. Check-out time is 10:30 am.

  • Cancellation
    Due to the limited number of rooms we ask that you notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee. If you cancel 21 days or fewer before your arrival date, you will be charged 1/2 the reservation total if we are unable to rebook the room(s).

    Because of the uncertainty created by the novel coronavirus, for this year the inn will return deposits and waive all service fees should you need to cancel.

  • No show/Early departure
    Once your arrival date comes, if you have not canceled your reservation then you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation, even if you do not stay at the inn for any or all of the reserved days.
