Reservation Policies
- Restrictions
The maximum occupancy per room is two adults. The minimum stay is three nights and the maximum is seven. The inn is not appropriate for pets.The inn is smoke-free; smoking is not permitted anywhere in the inn or on the grounds.
- Reservation deposit
To make a reservation we require a $100 non-refundable deposit. - Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 21 days prior to your arrival date at no additional charge (other than the non-refundable deposit).Should you cancel within 21 days of your arrival, you will be charged 50% of your total inn bill. Late cancellations can be costly for a small inn as they may be difficult to rebook. Once your arrival date comes you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation.
- Check-in/Check out
Check-in is between 3:30 and 6:30 pm, or by prior arrangement. Check-out time is 10:30 am.
